Please do not place orders to the EU until further notice
We are encountering problems sending items to customers in the European Union (EU).
Despite Royal Mail confirming that we are using the correct postage and attaching the correct customs forms, postal services in some EU countries have been requesting large sums of money to deliver some packages, and not others. There appears to be no pattern as to which orders will be affected and how much extra will be requested.
Until this situation is resolved we are suspending the posting of orders to the EU and ask that our customers there do not place orders at this time.
We apologise for this inconvenience, which is outside our control, and hope to resume our normal service to the whole of Europe as soon as possible.
Post & Packing…
All prices shown online are charged in Sterling and do not include post and packing (P&P).
P & P charges added at our checkout are 20% of the cost of items purchased for delivery to addresses in the UK; unfortunately we do not currently deliver to the EU; 40% to the rest of the world.
THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT LISTS THE ADDITIONAL P & P FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS INCORRECTLY AS “SALES TAX”.

PLEASE BE AWARE that the goods we offer come from many suppliers. Some goods are in stock; others are made to order.
Your items may arrive at DIFFERENT TIMES in separate packaging.
We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, but please allow 21 days for the full completion of your order.
