Surviving the Sixties era as Caroline South and after the Marine Offences Act as Caroline International the Mi Amigo defiantly returned in the 1970’s to entertain us once more for one more decade until nature and time finally defeated her
Caroline began on medium wave radio on 199 metres and continues digitally on Sky 0199 and the internet today. This great shirt features the MV Fredericia, which famously broadcast its way to the Isle of Man, in the summer of 1964 as Caroline North until August 1968.
After The Mi Amigo was lost many thought Caroline would never return. She returned in some style in 1983 from The Ross Revenge and survived ordeals natural and man made. Today she survives in Tilbury docks thanks to your purchases from this shop and willing restoration volunteers. 2010 will see the ships 50th anniversary since launch.
