Ross Revenge and Biplane retro image from the 1980s – A4 Canvas Print
£21.00
This A4 canvas print features the colourful image of a 1980’s poster of Ross Revenge and its 300-ft mast being circled by a biplane, with a US Radio Caroline address (no longer in use).
The original poster was commissioned by Vincent Monsey, who was US-based and worked closely with Ronan O’Rahilly at that time. The image was created from a set of aerial photos shot from a helicopter and some 2,500 posters were produced.
Our thanks to Vincent Monsey for his permission to use this design
Each canvas is made to order and hand stretched over a wooden frame, so image on finished product may vary slightly.
